1. Information we may collect from you

4. To whom will your information be disclosed?
Your personal data may be hosted and stored on servers that are located in India, the European Union and the United States, as well as other countries which might not have the adequacy decision of the European Union; other third-party contractors may have access to your data only for the purpose you have provided us your data in first place.

5. Data retention
We will only retain information for as long as this is needed including for billing and for accountancy purposes. However, in certain circumstances and to comply with the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (RIPA) and any other applicable legislation.
We may retain the information for a minimum time of 6 months and no longer than 3 years.
